who is it for?
Any adult interested in supporting others.
Please note that this is not a therapy or a support group and it is important that people undertaking the course are feeling resilient when they undertake it. Support services can be found at the beyondblue website.
What will I learn?
This is a Mental Health First Aid course about how to assist someone who is showing signs of self-injury. You will learn how to identify, approach and support someone who is engaging in self-injury by using a practical, evidence based Action Plan. You will also have the opportunity to practise your new skills in a safe environment.

This course is delivered as a 4 hour workshop.
